The Back-to-School Bazaar combined resident programming, community marketing, local partnerships and hands-on production for an estimated 200–300 attendees.

Rebecca helped connect two communities around one family-centered experience, coordinating the details that turned a calendar event into a visible neighborhood activation.

The work included vendor and educator outreach, entertainment, family activities, promotion through local daycare and social channels, a DJ, school-supply collection and a farmers-market component.

Approximately 200–300 residents, families, local partners and neighbors.

Planning, outreach, promotion, vendors, entertainment, supplies and day-of coordination.
Creative
Handmade reclaimed-cardboard school bus and crayon displays that gave the event its visual identity.
Budget
Sponsor and vendor coordination expanded the experience while protecting the operating budget.
