Property marketing / Preferred-employer outreach
A reason to start the conversation.
Cottages at Ridgefield
A tactile outreach campaign designed to help a leasing offer travel beyond the property and into local workplaces, realtor offices and community relationships.
The challenge / 01
People do not always come to you.
Property marketing can create awareness, but a lease still begins with a conversation. Rebecca developed a warm, portable outreach piece that gave the team a natural reason to introduce the community to local employers and realtors.
The idea became “A little taste of life at Cottages,” pairing a locally made treat with leasing collateral and a clear offer.
- Concept
- Relationship-first leasing outreach that felt useful, personal and memorable.
- Creative
- Campaign message, printed wraps, promotional stickers and coordinated collateral.
- Production
- Printed and produced the stickers in-office, then assembled and finished every box by hand.
- Partnership
- Coordinated cookies from a local baker and prepared the finished gifts for field activation.
