DIY marketing / Leasing outreach / Concept-to-assembly

Getting every detail in a row.

Cottages at Ridgefield

A playful leasing giveaway built from a simple idea, practical materials and a clear next step: scan to schedule a tour.

The idea / 01

Small object.
Complete campaign.

The teal duck was inexpensive and memorable, but the toy alone was not the marketing. Rebecca developed the “Ready to get your ducks in a row?” concept, then designed a branded wrap that turned the giveaway into a leasing touchpoint for Cottages at Ridgefield.

The finished piece paired personality with purpose: the clear box showcased the duck, the printed band carried the property identity, and the QR code gave prospects an immediate way to schedule a tour.

Concept
A friendly “ducks in a row” message that felt playful without crossing into unprofessional language.
Design
A compact wrap sized to fit a 2.2-inch clear box while keeping the brand, message and call to action readable.
Conversion
A scan-to-tour QR code, phone number and website connected the physical giveaway to the leasing journey.
Production
Printed, trimmed, folded and assembled in-house to create a polished piece on a practical budget.
